In terms of provisions of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosures Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Superhouse has informed that the next Annual General Meeting of the company will be held on Wednesday the 30th September, 2020. The dividend warrants will be credited/ dispatched between Thursday the 1st October, 2020 and Monday the 5th October, 2020, if dividend declared at the Annual General Meeting. The register of members and Share Transfer Book of the Company will remain closed from 16th September, 2020 to 30th September, 2020 for the purpose of declaration of Dividend and Annual Book closing.
