Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 Sical Logistics has furnished the outcome of today’s Board Meeting. The Board of Directors approved and authenticated the audited financial results for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2020 and the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended 30th June, 2020. Pursuant to Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Board of Directors decided to provide the consolidated financial results in addition to the stand alone results and also continue to publish the consolidated results in the newspapers for the financial year 2020-21.
