Kalpataru Power Transmission zooms as its arm secures new orders of Rs 554 crore

Kalpataru Power Transmission is currently trading at Rs. 288.75, up by 15.30 points or 5.60% from its previous closing of Rs. 273.45 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 281.10 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 290.95 and Rs. 280.10 respectively. So far 48630 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 515.00 on 24-Sep-2019 and a 52 week low of Rs. 170.00 on 27-Mar-2020.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 290.95 and Rs. 252.40 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 4405.52 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 54.38%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 34.05% and 11.57% respectively.

Kalpataru Power Transmission’s subsidiary -- JMC Projects (India) has secured new orders of Rs 554 crore. The first order is for building project in South India totalling Rs 315 crore and another order is for factory project in Maharashtra of Rs 239 crore.
