NEL Holdings South has informed that the 16th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company will be held on Wednesday September 30 2020 through Video Conferencing/ Other Audio Visual Means (VC/OAVM) facility in accordance with the General Circular issued by Ministry of Corporate Affairs dated May 5, 2020 read with General Circulars dated April 8, 2020 and April 13, 2020 and SEBI Circular dated May 12, 2020. The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Thursday, September 24, 2020 to Wednesday, September 30, 2020 for the purpose of AGM. This is in compliance of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), Regulations 2015.
