Further, pursuant to Section 91 of the Companies Act, 2013 and Regulation 42 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company shall remain closed from Thursday, 24th September, 2020 to Wednesday, 30th September, 2020 for the purpose of 13th Annual General Meeting of the Company. The record date for the purpose of determining eligibility for attending 13th Annual General Meeting of the Company is Friday, 18th September, 2020.
