Embassy Office Parks REIT has received approval for issuance of rupee denominated, listed, rated, secured, redeemable, transferrable non convertible debentures (NCDs) on a private placement basis for an aggregate amount of Rs 1500 crore split into one or more tranches. The Debenture Committee of the Board of Directors of Embassy Office Parks Management Services (EOPMSPL), Investment Manager of Embassy Office Parks REIT, at its meeting held on September 01, 2020 has approved the same.
Embassy Office Parks is India’s first and only listed REIT. The REIT comprises c.26.2 msf of completed and operational commercial properties across India.
