Pursuant to Regulations 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Goodyear India has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today, Friday, September 04, 2020, considered and approved the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended on June 30, 2020. A copy of the same are enclosed. The Board also reviewed the matter related to the declaration of interim dividend for the Financial Year 2020-21 and concluded that this matter will be discussed at a later date given the prevailing pandemic and business situation in the current quarter. As the Interim Dividend has not been declared therefore, Record date, September 14, 2020 proposed by the Company for interim dividend also stands cancelled. The meeting of the Board of Directors commenced at 12:50 pm and concluded at 3:30 pm.
