In furtherance to its letter dated September 3, 2020, Motherson Sumi Systems has informed that the Committee of Directors (Fund Raising) of the Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held today September 8, 2020, has approved the issuance of Rated, Un-Secured, Listed, Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs), with an aggregate amount up to INR 1500,00,00,000 which may be increased upto INR 3000,00,00,000 in the event option to retain oversubscription by way of greenshoe option is exercised, on a private placement basis, in one or more tranches to certain eligible investors permitted to invest in the NCDs under applicable laws as per the details mentioned in Annexure-A. The above is submitted pursuant to the Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), Regulations, 2015 for the information and record. The meeting of the Committee of Directors (Fund Raising) of the Board of Directors of the Company commenced at 0900 hours and concluded at 0930 hours.
