In continuation to its letter No. JISL/SEC/2020/09, dated 09th September, 2020, Jain Irrigation Systems has informed that the Board of Directors have met today through VC/Google Meet and considered, approved and recommended Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Working Results for the quarter ended 30th June, 2020. The company has enclosed Un-audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Working Results for the quarter ended 30th June, 2020 in the prescribed format together with notes duly signed by the Managing Director of the Company and Limited Review Report dated 15th September, 2020 of the Statutory Auditors of the Company. It has also arranging to publish the said results in newspapers as per Regulation 47 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The meeting commenced at 11.30 am and ended at 15.30 pm.
