Camlin Fine Sciences’ wholly?owned overseas subsidiary -- CFS China International Trading (Shanghai) has been dissolved on the basis of communication received from the concerned regulatory authority in china on September 16, 2020 with effect from September 14, 2020. The said subsidiary was not a material subsidiary and had ceased to carry any business activity.
The dissolution of this subsidiary will not have any material effect on the company’s business. Moreover, since the subsidiary had ceased to carry out any business activity there was no turnover in the subsidiary.
