Sarla Performances Fibers has informed that the Company is seeking clarification in respect of Movement in Price of the Company’s scrip, in recent past as traded across Exchanges. In this regard the Company stated that there is no information and/or announcement (including impending announcement) which in its opinion may have a bearing on the Price/Volume behavior of the Company’s Scrip as traded across Exchanges and which is required to be informed to Stock Exchanges in terms of Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015. Therefore, whatever movement in price of the Company’s Scrip is purely due to market conditions and absolutely market driven. No announcement has been made by the Company /Management/ Promoters about change in profitability/sales and/or order book position of the Company. Hence this cannot be the reason for increase/decrease in price and volume of the shares.
