HCC shines on completing sale of Farakka Raiganj Highways to Cube Highways

Hindustan Construction Company is currently trading at Rs. 5.39, up by 0.26 points or 5.07% from its previous closing of Rs. 5.13 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 5.45 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 5.64 and Rs. 5.30 respectively. So far 270631 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 1 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 13.31 on 27-Nov-2019 and a 52 week low of Rs. 3.60 on 26-Mar-2020.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 5.80 and Rs. 4.92 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 815.52 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 34.71%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 31.83% and 33.46% respectively.

Hindustan Construction Company (HCC) Group’s subsidiary -- HCC Concessions has completed its 100% sale of Farakka-Raiganj Highways (FRHL) to Cube Highways and Infrastructure II Pte (Cube Highways). FRHL, which forms part of the main arterial highway in West Bengal, is among the largest Public Private Partnership (PPP) projects in India, with an enterprise valuation of Rs1,508 crore, comprising debt of Rs 905 crore and an equity valuation of Rs 603 crore.
