Pursuant to the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Company's Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading and Prohibition of Unfair Trade Practices related to securities market, Indian Energy Exchange has informed that the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed from Thursday, October 1, 2020 till 48 hours after the declaration of Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter and half year ending September 30, 2020.
