Pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders adopted by the Company, Man Infraconstruction has informed that the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for all Designated Persons (as defined in the said code and SEBI circular for System Driven Disclosure) on and from October 01, 2020. Pursuant to aforesaid Regulations and Code, the same shall continue to be closed and would re-open after expiry of 48 hours from the declaration/ announcement of financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2020 by the Board of Directors of the Company.
