GEE has informed that the Securities And Exchange Board Of India (Prohibition Of Insider Trading) (Second Amendment) Regulations, 2019 has mandated the closure of Trading window from the end of every quarter till 48 hours after the declaration of financial results. In view of the aforesaid, the trading window of the company has been closed with immediate effect immediately on closure of trading hours on stock exchange on September 30, 2020 and shall be opened 48 hours after the declaration of financial results of the company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2020.
