Kedia Construction Company has informed that as per the Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by its Employees and other Connected Persons under SEBI (Prohibition of Insiders Trading) Regulation, 2015 (as amended) (PIT Regulation) and in view to the clarification letter issued by the BSE vide Ref No: LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated 20th April, 2019 on the provisions of Clause 4 of the Schedule B of the PIT Regulation, the Trading Window for dealing in the Securities of the Company shall remain closed for all the Directors, officers and designated Employees of the Company from October 01, 2020 till the completion of 48 hours after the declaration of Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter Ended 30th September, 2020.
