With reference to the Intimation and Disclosure of Voting Results of the 39th AGM of the Company for the Financial year ended on 31st March, 2020, under Regulation 44(3) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015, Maxheights Infrastructure has informed that it has submitted the revised voting results, due to some inadvertent typographical errors. However, the Voting Results submitted in the XBRL mode shall remain the same.
