It is also submitted that the trading window shall re-open at 9:00 AM on Sunday, October 18, 2020, in accordance with the Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading as adopted by the Company in compliance of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
