Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India’s step down subsidiary -- Holiday Club Sweden AB has acquired the balance 49% stake from the minority shareholders of Holiday Club Sport and Spa Hotels AB and consequently, Holiday Club Sport and Spa Hotels AB has become a wholly owned subsidiary of Holiday Club Sweden AB. The object of the acquisition is to have 100% control on the business decisions of Holiday Club Sport and Spa Hotels AB, ability to integrate and gain synergies between entities in Sweden and Finland as well as improve the profitability by using chain resources for both revenue generation and efficiency.

HDFC Bank has entered into partnership with Apollo Hospitals to launch The HealthyLifeProgramme, a holistic healthcare solution which makes healthy living accessible and affordable on Apollo's digital platform, Apollo 24/7. The programme is created exclusively for HDFC Bank customers who will get round the clock access to emergency Apollo Doctor at No Cost on Apollo 24/7 along with a plethora of benefits such as choice of payment options and ease of finance for treatments at all Apollo Hospitals.

Infosys’ US-based subsidiary-- Infosys Public Services has unveiled the Infosys Health Insights Platform (IHIP) – an automated data science platform for public health agencies developed in collaboration with Amazon Web Services (AWS), Couchbase, and Knowi. The new platform is part of the Infosys Cobalt’s growing portfolio of 14,000 cloud assets. Built on AWS, this new platform will help agencies scale their analytics capabilities and turn massive amounts of data into valuable insights and actionable recommendations.

Bharti Airtel has extended its contract with Ericsson for deployment of 5G-ready radio network. The Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation (IRCTC) is all set to restart the operation of its fleet of Tejas Express trains (Lucknow-New Delhi & Ahmedabad-Mumbai) again for the service of the people for catering to the growing passenger demand due the festive season. Both the trains are expected to restart operations from October 17, 2020. The operation of these two Tejas Trains was suspended from March 19, 2020 due to spread of Covid 19 Pandemic.
