Asian Granito India is planning to raise funds through either equity issue (either direct placement, such as QIP/ ADR, or via convertible instruments, such as warrants) and/or Debt instruments etc. The meeting of the Board of Directors of the company will be held on October 23, 2020 to consider and approve the same.
