In continuation of its letter dated September 29, 2020, regarding closure of trading window, Borosil Renewables has informed that, pursuant to Regulation 29 (1) (a) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, a meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on Monday, October 19, 2020 to consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2020. As informed earlier and in accordance with the Company's Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window is going to remain closed from October 01, 2020 to October 21, 2020. The trading window shall open on October 22, 2020.
