Zuari Global has raised Rs 170 crore through secured, unrated, unlisted, redeemable non-convertible debentures (NCDs) and allotted 1,700 NCDs having face value of Rs 10,00,000 each, at par. The NCD Committee of the board of directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 15, 2020 has approved and allotted the same.
Zuari Global is engaged in the manufacture of urea and complex fertilisers.
