CSB Bank reports over 2-fold jump in Q2 net profit

CSB Bank has reported results for second quarter ended September 30, 2020.

The bank has reported over 2-fold jump in its net profit of Rs 68.90 crore for the quarter under review as against net profit of Rs 24.73 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the bank increased by 31.66% at Rs 567.55 crore for Q2FY21 as compared Rs 431.07 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.

The Bank’s gross NPA for the July-September quarter of the current fiscal increased to 3.04%, as compared to 2.86% in the same quarter of the previous year. Besides, Bank’s Net NPA stood at 1.30% in Q2FY21.
