Cochin Shipyard has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with  Italy's Fincantieri for co-operation in the areas of Design, Ship Building, Ship Repair, Marine Equipment Manufacturing, besides Training & Skill Development.This Agreement sets the ground for a strategic partnership aimed at business development for mutual benefit as well as potential indigenization in the identified areas of cooperation in line with the ’Atmanirbhar Bharat’ and ‘Make in India’ vision of government

Hero MotoCorp has entered into wide ranging partnership with Harley-Davidson for the Indian market. As per the distribution agreement, Hero MotoCorp will sell and service Harley-Davidson motorcycles, and sell parts and accessories and general merchandise riding gear and apparel through a network of brand-exclusive Harley-Davidson dealers and Hero's existing dealership network in India, the companies said in a joint statement.

Wipro has strengthened partnership with SAP SE on cloud-based solutions for the real estate industry. Building on the Intelligent Enterprise strategy, SAP is expanding its vertical solutions to fill the whitespace in its portfolio with an ecosystem of industry cloud applications that leverage SAP Cloud Platform with advanced technologies, and are interoperable with SAP Business Network and the intelligent suite. Partners are an integral part of SAP’s Intelligent Enterprise strategy and Wipro is contributing their industry insights and knowledge in the development of purpose-built solutions for the real estate industry.

Bharat Petroleum Corporation (BPCL) has launched a fully synthetic lubricant variant targeted at high-end motorcycles. The new lube, labelled Mak-4T BlazeSynth, is a technically advanced and superior synthetic lubricant that offers better performance to higher capacity bikes. The fully synthetic Mak BlazeSynth is designed to maintain excellent oxidation stability that inhibits oil degradation at elevated temperature and reduces engine deposits. The lube has been specifically developed for modern high-end motorcycles.

Minda Industries has redeemed Commercial Paper (CP) of Rs 25 crore on October 26, 2020, which was issued on July 28, 2020.
