Tube Investments gains on raising Rs 100 crore through NCDs

Tube Investments of India is currently trading at Rs. 647.40, up by 1.90 points or 0.29% from its previous closing of Rs. 645.50 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 629.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 653.00 and Rs. 629.00 respectively. So far 6655 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 1 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 680.00 on 07-Sep-2020 and a 52 week low of Rs. 255.00 on 03-Apr-2020.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 658.45 and Rs. 597.70 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 12174.33 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 47.87%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 39.25% and 12.88% respectively.

Tube Investments of India (TIIL) has raised Rs 100 crore through Secured Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) and allotted 1,000 nos. 4.806% NCDs having face value of Rs 10 lakh each on private placement basis.

Tube Investments of India was formed by merging TI Cycles of India and Tube Products of India. The company is in to the business of manufacturing metal products.
