Tricom India has informed that the board of directors of the company at its meeting held on October 16, 2012, have considered and approved the resignation of Vijay Bhatia, as an independent director of the company with effect from September 04, 2012.
Further the company informed that, Baldev Boolani step down from chairmanship of the board and will continue to be as an independent director of the company with immediate effect and Chetan Kothari is appointed as chairman of the board and he will be designated as chairman and managing director of the company with immediate effect.
