As intimated earlier through its letter dated Sept 30, 2020, pursuant to the SEBI (Prevention of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended and in terms of the Company's Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders, the Trading Window for dealing in equity shares of the Company is already closed with effect from 1st October, 2020 till 48 hours after the announcement of the unaudited financial results for the 2nd quarter and half year ended September 30, 2020 to the stock exchanges.
