Alok Industries’ wholly owned subsidiary company Alok Realtors has contracted to sale 14 1/2 floors at Tower B building, Peninsula Business Park, Lower Parel, Mumbai - 400 013 .
Out of the above, agreements for sale in respect of two floors have been completed and full consideration has been received against these two floors. The company has received a total amount of Rs 138.64 crore till date.
Alok has evolved from a small trading business into India’s largest integrated textiles player. It is present across the textile value chain - from yarn manufacturing to garmenting. Alok’s production facilities are in Silvassa, Vapi and Navi Mumbai. The company also has a presence in the domestic retail segment and in real estate through a wholly-owned subsidiary.
