The Trading Windows for all the designated persons defined in the code inter alia for the purpose of taking on record the Audited Financial Results, in terms of the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, has already been closed for dealing in shares of the Company from November 07, 2020 till 48 hours after the declaration of Financial Results of the company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2020 will continue to remain closed till the 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results of the company for June - September quarter 2020.
