Adani Gas, AU Small Finance Bank and Titan Company to see some action today

Adani Gas has signed a Definitive Agreement for acquisition of 3 Geographical Areas namely Ludhiana, Jalandhar and Kutch (East). All 3 GAs have high volumes potential in terms of demand of over 6.5 MMSCMD over a period 10 Years. These GA’s are under Phase 1 of Bharat Mala Pariyojana by NHAI which will further boost the development and volume growth. With the addition of these 3 GAs, AGL shall now have a presence in 22 GAs as a standalone entity and additional 19 Gas with JV partner with IOCL aggregating its tally to 41 Gas (74 Districts) ensuring AGL’s continued leadership in CGD Business in India.

AU Small Finance Bank has entered into agreement with Care Health Insurance Company (formerly known as ‘Religare Health Insurance Company’) for health insurance products. The Bank has been issued certificate of registration CA0515 under Registration of Corporate Agents - Regulations, 2015 by Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India (IRDAI). This tie up shall be mutually beneficial for Care Health Insurance Company & AU Small Finance Bank in terms of business, market penetration and reach.

With the commencement of company’s operations in Dubai, it sees the brand being accessible to international customers and NRI communities. Chandni Textiles Engineering Industries has received an order for continuous production of various plastic molded parts from Kimplas Piping Systems, Nashik - a member of Norma Group (Germany). The company will be taking up production on their 11 nos injection molding machines available at Gonde plant. This will help the company to increase the revenue and also their profit margins.

Balkrishna Industries has developed a prototype for its biggest tyre for rigid dump truck and mass production of the tyre is expected to commence by the second quarter of next year. The prototype is for Earthmax SR 468, which will be part of the range of radial tyres used for off-road vehicles and equipped with an all-steel structure.

InterGlobe Aviation (IndiGo) has partnered with Stemz Healthcare to offer passengers pre-flight COVID-19 tests in India and few other countries. Customers can opt for a home visit or choose a lab visit with over 200 plus collection centres in India. The (testing) service is also available in other countries including UAE, Oman, Qatar, Kuwait and Saudi Arabia. To book a test, passengers can take appointments online on IndiGo website through a co-branded URL page based on their travel date. Stemz Healthcare is the largest aggregator of ICMR approved laboratories for COVID-19 RT-PCR tests in India.

Steel Strips Wheels (SSWL) has bagged export orders of nearly 23,000 wheels for EU trailer market, to be executed in the month of December from its Chennai plant. The company expects continued acceleration in exports.
