Parsvnath Developers has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Thursday, November 12, 2020, to consider and approve the un-audited Financial Results of the Company (both Standalone and Consolidated) for the Quarter and Half Year ended September 30, 2020. In this connection, as per the Company’s Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by Designated Persons and their immediate relatives (Code) adopted by the Company pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for trading in the securities of the Company is under closure since October 1, 2020 for the persons covered under the Code and it is further notified that the trading window shall continue to remain closed for the said persons up to Tuesday, November 17, 2020.
