Unique Organics has informed that in continuation of earlier letter no. UOL/2O-21/SEC/046 Dated 04.11.2020 through which intimated about approval of unaudited financial results for the 2nd quarter ended 30.09.2020 along with Cash Flow Statement. While reviewing the financials again, it came to the knowledge that inadvertently there remained some wrong grouping among some heads in Cash Flow Statement under Operating Activities. The company has enclosed the fresh revised cash Flow Statement for period ended 30.09.2020 with interchange in few heads under operating activities, which inadvertently left yesterday, thought there are no impact of this change on the P&L and Balance Sheet.
