Vascon Engineers rises despite reporting consolidated net loss of Rs 11 crore in Q2

Vascon Engineers is currently trading at Rs. 8.70, up by 0.05 points or 0.58% from its previous closing of Rs. 8.65 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 8.48 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 8.75 and Rs. 8.47 respectively. So far 1332 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 18.87 on 31-Jan-2020 and a 52 week low of Rs. 6.02 on 30-Mar-2020.

However, total income of the company increased 17.46% at Rs 93.02 crore for Q2FY21 as compared Rs 79.19 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.

On the consolidated basis, the company has reported net loss at Rs 10.79 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2020 as against net profit of Rs 4.66 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company marginally decreased by 0.50% at Rs 124.00 crore for Q2FY21 as compared Rs 124.62 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.
