Pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 the trading window for dealing in shares of the Company by the designated directors, Key Managerial Personnel (KMPs), designated employees, and connected persons including their immediate relatives shall remain closed till 48 hours after the financial results of the Company are made public.
