Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Parag Milk Foods has informed that it has received intimation from the Promoters of the Company pursuant to SEBI (SAST) Regulations, 2011 and SEBI (PIT) Regulations, 2015 that the dues under the loan facility availed by the promoters against the pledge of promoter shares has been repaid in full and the remaining 49,43,000 pledged promoter’s equity shares have been released, with the aforesaid release of pledged shares the number of existing pledged share is NIL.
