CRISIL has informed that at the meeting of the allotment committee of directors held on October 17, 2012, the company has allotted 67,350 equity shares of CRISIL Ltd of Rs. 1 each to the employees pursuant to their exercising the stock options granted to them under the Employees Stock Option Scheme - 2011 (ESOS - 2011) of the company. The shares have been issued at a price of Rs. 579.88 per share, consequent to the subdivision of nominal face value of equity shares of the company from Rs. 10 per share to Rs. 1 per share.
