With reference to earlier announcement dated 11th November,2020 regarding intimation of the date of the Board Meeting of the Company which was scheduled to be held today on 19th November, 2020 to consider and approve the Un-audited Results for the quarter ended 30th September 2020, JMT Auto has informed that the said Board Meeting is Rescheduled. The said Meeting has been rescheduled to be held on Thursday 26th November, 2020 at 4.30 pm online through Audio & Video-Conferencing facility, for the following matters: To consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter/half year ended 30th September, 2020 in accordance with Regulation 29 read with Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015 and other matters. The closure of the trading window as intimated to the Stock Exchange earlier will continue to remain closed till 48 hours after the declaration of the Results.
