Ashima is planning to enter into Real Estate business to develop properties and deal with real estate assets. The company has its own land as well as it can identify new lands for development purpose. The company will be able to manage this new business line with required expertise, skillset and resources and is confident that it shall be able to establish a profitable real estate business. It is planning to earmark initially about Rs 40 crore from internal cash resources.
