Gujarat Industries Power Company has informed that the 35th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Shareholders of the Company will be held on Tuesday, the 15th December, 2020 at 04:00 pm (1ST), through Video Conference (VC) / Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM) in accordance with the relevant circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) and Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI). The Dividend, if approved by the Shareholders at the 35th AGM shall be paid on or after 21st December, 2020.
