Geodesic has informed that the board of directors of the company by way of a circular resolution dated October 17, 2012 has allotted 1,86,498 equity shares of Rs. 2 each, upon exercise of 1,86,498 options by eligible employees under the Geodesic Employee Stock Option Plan 2002.
Consequently, with effect from October 17, 2012 the issued, subscribed and paid-up equity share capital of the company stands increased to Rs. 180,655,694 divided into 90,327,847 equity shares of Rs. 2 each.
