Softsol India’s Board is going to consider giving of Loan to the Wholly Owned Subsidiary Company SOFTSOL RESOURCES INC, USA. The Board will also consider the proposal for buyback of equity shares of the Company, quantum & mode of buyback, constitution of buyback committee, appointment of intermediaries and other matters incidental thereto including fixing of Record Date for the purpose of Buyback.
