Kamanwala Housing Construction has informed that the Company is in the process of Change of RTA from Sharex Dynamic (India) Private Limited (Link Intime India Private Limited) to Accurate Securities & Registry Private Limited (New RTA). Its NSDL & CDSL connectivity has been shifted to the New RTA. The Company further informed that it is in process of execution of Agreement between the Company, old RTA and new RTA. Once the agreement will be executed, will intimate Stock Exchange and stakeholders regarding such change as per Regulation 7 of SEBI (LODR), 2015.
