New Light Apparels has informed that the 25th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company will be held on Monday, 28th December, 2020 at 12:30 Noon at the Registered Office of the Company at GC-29, Basement, Shivaji Enclave, Raja Garden, New Delhi-110027. Pursuant to Regulation 44 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Company is providing remote e-voting facility to its members. The Cut-off date for the purpose of determining members for remote e-voting facility is Monday, 21st December, 2020. The remote e-voting period shall commence from Friday, 25th December, 2020 at 09:00 am and ends on Sunday, 27th December, 2020 at 05:00 pm. Further, the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company shall remain closed from Tuesday, 22nd December, 2020 to Monday, 28th December, 2020 for purpose of Annual General Meeting.
