Steel Strips Wheels has informed that the promoters along with the persons acting in concert holds 9797402 equity shares in Steel Strips Wheels, which is 62.77 % of the total paid up capital of the company and out of which 4520833 equity shares were pledged which is 28.96% of total paid up capital of the company and 46.14% of total promoter shareholding, On 03.12.2020, 100000 share were released from the pledge and accordingly, now the number of shares pledged has been reduced to 4420833, which is 28.32% of total paid up capital of the company and 45.12 % of total promoter shareholding.
