IL&FS Transportation has entered into a Share Purchase Agreement (SPA) with Sekura Roads, to sell and transfer the entire equity shareholding held by the Company in Jorabat Shillong Expressway (JSEL), a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company. The transaction is subject to receipt of approvals from National Company Law Tribunal and National Highways Authority of India.
