In continuation of its earlier letter dated 11.12.2020, GAIL (India) has informed that the board has approved the appointment of Usha Suresh, Senior Economic Advisor, MoP&NG on 14.12.2020, in place of Esha Srivastava, Director (IC), MoP&NG as Government Nominee Director on the Board of Directors of the company with effect from 10.12.2020 for a period of 3 years on co-terminus basis or until further orders, whichever is earlier. This is in compliance of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
