Chembond Chemicals’ wholly owned subsidiary -- Chembond Clean Water Technologies has executed a distribution agreement with MicrodynNadir, a Mann+Hummel Company. With this agreement in place, Chembond Clean would be the exclusive distribution partner of MicrodynNadir, the Membrane Solutions segment of Mann+Hummel, for their water and wastewater products like BIO-CEL MBR, AQUADYN UF, PureULTRA UF, and MICRODYN RO & NF spirals in India.

Chembond Chemicals, incorporated in 1975, is engaged in specialty chemicals business and offers a range of products for industrial applications.
