Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBl (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015, V2 Retail has informed that the Company has opened 2 new Retail Stores located at Basti (U.P.)& Sundergarh (Odisha). In line with Company's strategy to evaluate performance over various parameters including store wise profitability, the Company has also closed 1 Retail Store located at Lucknow (U.P). Therefore, currently 86 Retail stores of the Company are operational.
