DCW jumps on getting nod to raise Rs 12.92 crore via NCDs

DCW is currently trading at Rs. 19.95, up by 1.01 points or 5.33% from its previous closing of Rs. 18.94 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 19.40 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 20.10 and Rs. 19.20 respectively. So far 96317 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 21.50 on 14-Dec-2020 and a 52 week low of Rs. 6.97 on 24-Mar-2020.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 21.50 and Rs. 18.27 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 494.39 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 46.73%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 7.78% and 45.49% respectively.

DCW’s board has approved the allotment of CCOF Tranche III of 1292 Unlisted Secured Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) of the face value of Rs 1,00,000 aggregating to Rs 12.92 crore on a private placement basis. The Committee of Board of Directors of the company in its meeting held on December 17, 2020 has approved the same.
