In furtherance to letter dated 02nd December, 2020, Lakshmi Machine Works has informed that the Company has received a communication from LIC of India intimating about nomination of T.C Suseel Kumar, in place of Anil Gupta as Nominee Director of LIC of India on the Board of Directors of the Company. In terms of Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the company has informed that the above nomination will be considered/ taken on note by the Board/ Committee members at their ensuing Meeting(s). Outcome of the same will be intimated in due course.
